At Build444, we take pride in delivering high-quality, AI-optimized content designed to improve your online visibility. Every article is crafted using advanced AI tools and personally reviewed by Daniel D before delivery. We stand behind our work, and these terms exist to make our relationship clear, transparent, and fair for both sides.

• “We,” “Us,” “Build444” — Daniel D, sole proprietor, CVR DK38757296, Kolding, Denmark.
• “You,” “Customer” — the individual or entity purchasing services through our website.
• “Services” — AI-optimized blog content packages, SEO & AI Readiness Reports, and all associated deliverables as described on our Shop page.
• “Deliverables” — the specific items included in each package: blog posts, strategy PDFs, blog hero images, audit reports, and consultations.
• “AI Citation” — when an AI system (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Google AI) references, recommends, or quotes content from your website in its responses to users.
• “Goodwill Rewrite” — a complimentary content revision offered under the conditions described in Section 4, provided as a gesture of good faith.

What we commit to delivering:

• The specified number of blog posts, strategy PDFs, and branded images as listed for each product on our Shop page
• Each blog post is a minimum of 2,000 words, optimized following current E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) best practices
• Personal review by Daniel D before delivery
• Standard turnaround: single articles within 24 hours, 5-pack within 48 hours of receiving a completed content brief. Same-Day packages delivered within the same business day. Delivery timelines begin upon receipt of all required information.
• Publishing support for WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, and custom platforms

What is not included in our service commitment:

• Specific search engine rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes
• AI citation by any specific platform or within any specific timeframe
• That your results will match those achieved by other clients — portfolio figures represent the best outcomes observed across our client base, not individual guarantees

What follow-up support includes:

1. Free review call (up to 30 minutes) — We screen-share your deliverables, walk you through the findings, and build an action plan together.
2. Free site audit — If content isn’t performing as expected, we’ll audit your online presence and provide a written report identifying what’s blocking visibility.
3. Concrete next-steps plan — Every follow-up concludes with a clear, prioritized list of actions you can take — whether you hire us to implement them or not.

How to request support: Email daniel@build444.com with a brief description of the issue and we’ll schedule a call or begin the audit within 5 business days. Support requests are accepted within 90 days of delivery.

Scope and limitations: Follow-up support is limited to one review call and/or one site audit per purchase. All sales are final — this support policy does not constitute a refund guarantee or warranty. Build444 reserves the right to assess eligibility in good faith.

AI systems like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Google AI use constantly evolving algorithms and training data to determine which sources to reference in their responses. Whether your content gets cited depends on many factors, most of which are outside anyone’s control:

• Algorithm updates and changes to how AI platforms select sources
• The competitive landscape in your specific industry or niche
• Your website’s existing domain authority and backlink profile
• Technical SEO health of your website (page speed, mobile compatibility, crawlability)
• How long your website and domain have been active
• Changes in user search behavior and query patterns

No content provider, SEO agency, or marketing firm can guarantee specific AI citation outcomes. Our approach is based on current best practices and real results from our portfolio, but past performance is not a predictor of future results for any individual project.

Our marketing materials reference performance data from our client portfolio. Here is how to interpret these figures:

• “Up to 340% traffic increase” — represents the highest traffic increase observed across the Build444 client portfolio. Individual results vary based on industry, competition, domain authority, and other factors.
• “AI search can start citing you within weeks” — based on industry research (Semrush 2025). Google AI results can cite content within days; ChatGPT Search typically within 2–4 weeks. Results vary by domain authority, content quality, and niche.
• “0 hrs of your time” — refers to the content creation and optimization process. You may need to invest time completing the content brief form, reviewing delivered articles, and providing website access for publishing.
• “Same-day delivery” (Fast-Track) — refers to delivery within the same business day from receipt of a completed content brief. If additional information is needed, the timeline begins when all required details are received.

Build444 uses artificial intelligence tools, including large language models, as part of the content creation process. This means:

• AI assists with research, drafting, and optimization
• Every article is reviewed and edited by Daniel D before delivery — the final product is a human-AI collaboration, not purely AI-generated output
• Strategy PDFs, recommendations, and audit reports reflect Daniel’s professional judgment informed by AI-powered analysis

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Build444 does not store your credit card details.
• Prices are displayed in USD and are as listed at the time of purchase.
• EU right of withdrawal: Under EU consumer law, you have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. However, for digital content services, this right is waived once content creation has begun (i.e., once you submit your content brief and we start working on your order), in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83, Article 16(a). By submitting a content brief, you expressly consent to the commencement of services and acknowledge the waiver of the withdrawal right.
• If Build444 fails to deliver the agreed deliverables within 30 days of receiving your completed content brief, you are entitled to a full refund.
• Partial refunds may be offered at Build444’s discretion for partially completed work.

• Upon full payment, all delivered content (blog posts, branded images, strategy PDFs) becomes your property. You may use, modify, and republish the content as you see fit.
• Build444 retains the right to reference completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials. Project details will be anonymized unless you grant explicit permission to use your business name.
• By providing website access for publishing, you grant Build444 permission to publish content on your behalf as part of the agreed service.

• Build444’s total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
• Build444 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of business opportunities.
• Build444 is not liable for losses caused by search engine or AI platform algorithm changes, third-party actions, website downtime on your end, or any other events beyond our reasonable control.

• These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark.
• EU consumers retain all mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable EU directives, regardless of any other provision in these terms.
• If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first at daniel@build444.com. We are committed to finding a fair resolution.
• For unresolved disputes, EU consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr or contact the Danish Consumer Ombudsman (Forbrugerombudsmanden).

Build444 may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply to new purchases only and will not retroactively affect existing orders. Material changes will be reflected in an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
