Build444 is the data controller responsible for your personal data. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

We collect only the data necessary to deliver our services:

• Content brief data: Topic, keywords, content type, audience focus, and any notes you provide through our content brief form
• Website information: Your website URL, country, and language preference (if you opt into the free site review)
• Payment data: Processed entirely by Stripe. Build444 does not store, process, or have access to your credit card numbers. We receive your email address and order details from Stripe to fulfill your purchase.
• Contact form data: Name, email, and message content submitted through our contact or inquiry forms

We process your data under the following legal bases (GDPR Article 6):

• Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)): To deliver the services you purchased — creating and delivering your content, publishing to your website, and providing support
• Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): To comply with Danish bookkeeping and tax requirements
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): To respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form

We do not use your data for marketing purposes, sell it to third parties, or process it for any purpose beyond what is described here.

We use the following third-party services to operate our business. Each processes data only as necessary to provide their service:

• Stripe (payments) — Processes your payment securely. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. Stripe Privacy Policy
• Netlify (hosting) — Hosts our website. Server logs may contain your IP address and browser information. Netlify Privacy Policy
• Google Analytics (analytics) — Collects anonymized usage data to help us improve the website. Only active after you consent through our cookie banner. Google Privacy Policy
• n8n (workflow automation) — Processes order data to automate content delivery workflows. Self-hosted by Build444.

• Order and payment records: Retained for 5 years as required by Danish bookkeeping law (bogføringsloven).
• Content briefs: Retained for the duration of service delivery and up to 12 months afterward to support any follow-up requests or the goodwill rewrite policy.
• Contact form inquiries: Retained for up to 12 months, then deleted unless an ongoing business relationship exists.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Right to rectification — Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Right to erasure — Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements
• Right to data portability — Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Right to restriction — Request that we limit the processing of your data
• Right to object — Object to data processing based on legitimate interest

Our website uses the following categories of cookies:

• Essential cookies — Maintain your shopping cart and language preference during your visit. These are always active.
• Stripe cookies — Required by Stripe for secure payment processing
• Analytics cookies — We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Analytics cookies are only set after you give consent through our cookie banner. You can reject or withdraw consent at any time.

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Updates will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
