1. How We Create Content
Everything we publish goes through the same loop: research, write, verify. We use AI tools to speed up research and drafting. A human reviews every deliverable before it goes out. The AI does the heavy lifting. The human makes the judgment calls.
Our workflow:
- Research — We pull data from search tools, competitor sites, industry reports, and our own testing.
- Draft — AI helps turn the research into a structured first draft. It's a starting point, not a final product.
- Human review — Daniel Dulwich reads every article, report, and recommendation before it goes anywhere. If a claim can't be sourced, it gets cut.
- Publication — We add schema markup, check formatting, and make sure both Google and AI systems can parse the content before it goes live.
2. Fact-Checking Process
If we cite a number, we can tell you where it came from. No sourcing, no publishing.
- Statistics get traced back to research papers, official reports, or established industry publications. Not blog posts, not Twitter threads.
- Technical claims about SEO, performance, or AI systems are tested against live data or official documentation. If we say something works, we've tested it.
- Tool recommendations are based on direct usage experience, not affiliate incentives. We recommend tools we actually use.
3. Author Qualifications

4. AI Transparency
We use AI. We don't hide it. This is how:
- Research — AI tools pull data from dozens of sources in minutes. Doing that manually would take hours.
- Drafting — LLMs help structure and draft content. Every draft gets rewritten and fact-checked by a human before it goes anywhere.
- SEO audits — The audit pipeline crawls your site, collects API data, and runs AI analysis across 10 categories. We defined the scoring rules and thresholds. The AI follows them.
- Code — AI-assisted dev tools help build websites and automations. All code is reviewed and tested by a human before it ships.
5. Update Frequency
SEO and AI search move fast. Something we wrote six months ago might already be wrong. So we go back and update:
- Blog posts get reviewed every quarter. Stale numbers and bad recommendations get updated or pulled.
- Service pages get updated when pricing, offerings, or process changes.
- Audit methodology changes when Google or AI systems change. Every report includes the methodology version used.
Every page with a dateModified schema tag reflects its last substantive update.
6. Corrections & Feedback
We get things wrong sometimes. If you spot an error — a wrong number, a broken recommendation, something outdated — tell us. We'll fix it.
Email daniel@build444.com with the page URL and what looks wrong. You'll hear back within 48 hours.
