TITAN Containers is the world’s largest privately owned container company, operating 60,000+ containers across 200+ depots in 27 countries. As the company expanded rapidly across five brands and 27 markets, I quickly became their Digital Strategy Manager, building the digital infrastructure to keep pace with their global growth.TITAN Containers er verdens største privatejede containervirksomhed med 60.000+ containere på tværs af 200+ depoter i 27 lande. I takt med virksomhedens hurtige vækst på tværs af fem brands og 27 markeder, blev jeg hurtigt deres Digital Strategy Manager og byggede den digitale infrastruktur der kunne følge med deres globale ekspansion.

Over a 5+ year engagement, I led the build-out of a complete digital infrastructure. HubSpot became the backbone: a global CRM with automated lead pipelines, sales sequences, reporting dashboards, and lifecycle management across all five brands. Together with local teams, we built and maintained 20+ localized WordPress websites with country-specific SEO, launched automated Trustpilot and Google review systems that drove 1,000+ verified reviews each, and optimized 70+ Google My Business locations for local search.Over et 5+ årigt samarbejde ledede jeg opbygningen af en komplet digital infrastruktur. Beyond the technology, I traveled to 15+ countries for in-person training sessions, hired and managed local digital teams, and ran ongoing online training for all 27+ country offices.
